They supported me in making decisions about which belongings fit in with my ideal lifestyle and parting with those that no longer sparked joy with gratitude. I really enjoyed working with Eshani & Sona through the KonMari process. They were both helpful in educating me on why the process works & how I could implement it into my life in the future. We tackled my entire house, which sounds overwhelming! They helped break it up into categories, figure out what I needed help with in person, & lay out a perfect timeline of homework for me to work through each category on my own. My advise to someone new would be to trust the process, & it does get easier and more calming as you go along.
